1983 R80 CUSTOM SPECIAL

ENGINE
New oil pan gasket, combustion chamber completely cleaned, new top end, NEW stainless swiss valves, new spring kit. Cylinders were checked and honed. Pistons cleaned, new rings, new push rod seals WITH NEW STAINLESS STEEL PUSH ROD TUBES, gaskets, and all engine seals. New oil pressure switch. New crankcase reed style breather valve. New tach cable

TRANSMISSION/CLUTCH
The transmission was rebuilt with all new bearings, seals, clips and shift roller. New neutral switch installed.
New clutch assembly, rear main seal, flywheel o’ring seal, flywheel bolts, driveshaft bolts, shaft bolts.

FUEL
All new fuel lines. Carbs stripped cleaned in an ultra sonic hot wash, and then hand cleaned and finally completely rebuilt with new gaskets and O rings, floats, fuel needle(s), and new jets, diaphrams, and throttle plates. The tank was cleaned and new petcocks installed. New air filter. New throttle cables.

ELECTRICS
New electrics - Arrowhead-BB starter motor, charging wiring harness, rotor, Omega diode board and high output voltage regulator. New updated Bosch starter motor relay. New Battery with new ground cable.

CUSTOM ELECTRICS

MOTOGADGET - MotoScope Digital Speedometer, M-Lock ignition, M-lock turn signal relay, Bullett Extreme LED Turn Signals, Custom rear brake lighting, Custom fabricated Speedometer bracket.

STEERING
The forks were completely stripped, cleaned with all new progressive spring kit, lower ball and spring kit on the inner piston, gaskets, lower rubber bumpers.
New steering stem bearings.

IGNITION
EME digital electronic ignition with Dyna Coil, new BERU Custom color coil wires and NGK spark plugs.

BRAKES
Bombar SS brake line and new hand grips. Master cylinders cleaned, rebuilt. Calipers cleaned and rebuilt.

COMFORT
Custom Seat

SERVICE
All fluids replaced with the following:
Castrol 4T full synthetic 20/50 oil
Castrol Syntrex full synthetic Gear oil 75/90
Valvolene race synthetic brake fluid.
New POD Air filter
New Oil filter
All components lubricated.
The oil pressure is 70psi = SUPER EXCELLENT!

Custom 1976 R75/6 with STEIB 500 sidecar. All modern digital ignitions, lights, charging, sidecar attachment, fresh white paint and hand pin strips.

Boyer Ignition, Dynacoil, EI 500W Charging system, engine guards, new exhaust system, additional custom steering dampning. STEIB 500 side car with STIEB BMW Classic assembly kit. Entire project was powder coated and painted. BOMBARS Brake Lines. Calipers stripped and rebuilt. All top engine work rebuilt. Carbs cleaned rebuilt and jetted. Custom Solo Seat.

CUSTOM 1974 BMW R90S.

Complete engine rebuild with 1000cc Siebenrock engine kit, transmission rebuilt with race cut gear engagements, new DellOrto carbs, custom paint. Supertrap Exhaust system, rebuilt speedometer and new instrument case, new brakes and Bombar Brake Lines.
